Hello Cuda Dive Families!

Congrats on a BIG win over Regency Estates! 55-33! What a SEASON! Our next meet is just FOUR days away against Glenwood! As a reminder, this meet does not count toward our division standings, but it does count for our divers and their dive scores.    Do not forget:

• Register your diver(s) by 12 midnight on 7/10 and bring that Cuda spirit!!!
• Register to VOLUNTEER at the Dive Meet and the Dive Banquet
• Register to ATTEND the Dive Banquet

Pep Rally – Friday, July 10 (6:00–7:00 PM)

Join us for PROM!!! Dress to impress and come ready to dance the night away! This pep rally is sure to get the adrenaline going! Come ready to have the time of your life!

🐟 Dive Meet – Sunday, July 12 at Glenwood (AWAY)
Please be sure to sign your diver up by midnight on Friday, June 10, if they plan to participate: Sign Up for the Meet

• Meet Date: Sunday, July 12
• Meet Start: 4:00 PM -- 3:30 arrival for divers

📍 Location: Glenwood Pool, 10012 Gardiner Avenue, Silver Spring, MD

🕒 Warm-ups: Carderock will have the boards from 3:30–4:00 PM.

• Team Area: Our team area will be near the diving boards, which is generally shady by the afternoon. We will also bring a team tent if you'd like.
• Parking: Please park in the main upper parking lot on Gardiner Avenue (anywhere above Tiger Rock). If that lot is full, continue past the pool entrance and up the hill, following signs to Flora Singer Elementary School. There is additional parking there, along with a short paved path to the pool entrance.
• Concessions: Their concession stand will be open throughout the meet and will feature grilled chicken kebabs with tzatziki, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and hot dogs, along with a variety of snacks, treats, and drinks.
• Pool Access: The main pool will remain open during the meet, and our team is welcome to use it. Please follow the directions of the lifeguards and pool operators.

🙌 Volunteers Needed!
It takes all of you to run a great meet—please sign up here to help if you can! Volunteers should arrive no later than 3:45 pm for the Judge meeting and table worker assignments. Cudas need 3 judges and 3 table workers!! We also need parents to bring tents, water/snack, etc. Please sign up!

☀️  Glenwood Pool Info: What to Bring

Be ready to stay cool and comfortable poolside. Remember to bring:

• Sunscreen
• Water
• Sunglasses
• Towels
• Bug spray
• Chairs, snacks, and anything else your family needs to enjoy the afternoon
