HEAD COACH

Hi! My name is Sienna Gala. I am a senior at Jackson-Reed High School. This will be my fifth year as a coach and my first year as head coach of dive team. I have been diving for Carderock for nine years and dove year-round with Montgomery Dive Club for six years. I am lifeguard and CPR certified, and excited to teach divers how to execute dives in a fun and safe manner! As the head coach, I look forward to helping new divers gain confidence and learn new dives. I am very excited to coach and dive for the team this season and can’t wait to see everyone and make some amazing new memories this summer. Hi, my name is Whitney Durham! I am a rising senior at Walt Whitman High School! This is my fourth year coaching and first year as as an assistant coach! As an assistant coach, I assist with making sure all our divers and learning and having fun this year. I am passionate about teaching these young divers! I am committed to making sure we have a supportive and encouraging environment for everyone! I am very excited to see everyone this year and gain new divers! Hi, I'm Isaac Aaron. I'm a rising sophomore at Walt Whitman High School. I've been diving with Carderock Springs for six years and coaching for the past three. This is my first year as an assistant coach. I dive year round for Montgomery Dive Club and compete on the Whitman Swim and Dive Team. I'm a rising senior at The Bullis School. I have been diving year-round for Montgomery Dive Club since 2017 and will be diving at Duke University starting in 2027. I believe I am in a good position to use my knowledge to teach others to dive and help them have fun!

Hi, I’m Sebastian and I will be a coach at Carderock Springs this summer. I am an incoming junior at Walt Whitman High School. Diving is something I’ve always looked forward to, and being able to coach and see the team improve over time makes my experience feel incredibly meaningful. I have been diving for six years and can’t wait for an amazing season.
