ALERT: EARLY START to Beat the Heat.
ARRIVE: Check in with Coaches 7:10AM
WARM UP: 7:20AM
START: 8AM
Forecast: Tropical with a chance of heat stroke.
THEME: 'Merica. Party in the USA.
Wear your colors, let's go to Gaithersburg and celebrate 250!!!
BRING:
Chairs in case they run out.
Small-ish towel for your swimmer to dunk in ice water and stay cool.
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
Timers- need 4 more bcs kids need to know their times
Clerks- bcs kids will wander aimlessly
Certified- Need a starter and one S&T.
PARKING:
Once spots are filled at the clubhouse, look to the *attachment (duck prize if you find the typo) for spots on Midsummer Drive or Upshire Drive. Only park in designated areas outlined on the diagram in RED. The BLACK space has very strict no-parking and is a tow-away zone.
CONCESSIONS:
The Waves Cafe will have a variety of breakfast options and snacks and beverages available. (Cash, credit and Venmo accepted.)
