Hello Cuda Dive Families!

Congrats on an amazing first dive meet!  Our CS divers brough their best dive and we TIED OG 45-45!!!  Our next meet against Manor Woods is just FOUR days away! Hope your CUDA diver is excited.  There is a lot going on so please read this carefully!!!

Do not forget to register your divers and register to volunteers and bring that Cuda spirit!!!

🐟 Water Polo and Donuts!! Water Polo and Donuts starts this week and your diver is invited to participate!  Time: 10 and under 7:45-8:45 am, 11-year-old to 18+ 9-10 am: Open to all Swim and Dive teammates

Practice on Friday!!! Since we did not have a Wednesday practice, there will be an all-ages practice option on Friday from 4:45-5:45 pm.  Come and get some dives in before the Pep Rally! 

Pep Rally – Friday, June 19 (6:00–7:00 PM)
All divers on Deck and ready to walk the plank for a Pirate–themed pep rally! Aye Aye Matey come ready to find hidden treasure and have some fun getting ready for the next meet.

Please be sure to sign your diver up by midnight on Friday, June 19 if they plan to participate:

🐬 Opponent: Manor Woods Terrapins
🕒 Warm-ups: arrive between 7:45 and 8:00am PM. The meet begins at 9 am. 

Parking:

• We encourage families to walk or bike to the pool to reserve room for our guests.  .

🙌 Volunteers Needed!
It takes all of you to run a great meet—please sign up here to help if you can! Volunteers should arrive no later than 8:45am for the Judge meeting and table worker assignments. Cudas need judges and table workers!!.

☀️ Pool Info: What to Bring

CUDA families can sit in the pavillion or really anywhere!  We reserve the first few tables next to the pavillion for Carderock and then the next tables are all for our guests.  

• Carderock will have water and snacks for volunteers (only). Please bring snack and drinks for your diver.  
• Cuda families are welcome to use the pool during the meet.

FATHER'S DAY COOKOUT AFTER THE MEET!!!!

• Come hungry and celebrate our dads and father figures in our lives! Hamburgers and Hot dogs will be provided! Please bring a side or dessert to share.  Also, look at the volunteer opportunities to help with the cookout!!!
