Carderock Cudas Dive Team Update: Pep Rally June 12, Meet June 14, & Training Opportunities

Hello Cuda Dive Families!

We have a fun-filled week ahead and cannot wait to see everyone bringing the Cuda spirit!

🐎 Pep Rally – Friday, June 12 (6:00–7:00 PM)
Join us for our Old West–themed pep rally! Dust off your cowboy hats and boots, and come ready to cheer as we get pumped for our next meet.

🐟 Dive Meet – Sunday, June 14 at Old Georgetown
Please be sure to sign your diver up by midnight on Friday, June 12 if they plan to participate:

Want to get involved poolside? We would love more Cuda parents trained as judges and referees!

These are quick, in-person sessions and a great way to support the team—thank you for considering!

Be ready to stay cool and comfortable poolside:

• Sunscreen
• Water
• Sunglasses
• Towels
• Bug spray
• Chairs, snacks, and anything else your family needs to enjoy the afternoon
