Carderock Cuda Families!
We are excited for a new Swim & Dive season! We have an excellent new coaching team leading us this year! Please welcome - Sienna Gala for Head Coach Dive team, Patrick Cox, Head Coach for Swim, partnering with Coach Lauren Long and June Tun, Head Coach for the mini program!
Registrations will begin in early April. Target dates to be confirmed (we will try to avoid MCPS spring break)
You will be able to find program details, dates, and registration on the swim/dive website. Note: we are constantly updating the site as we have time and as more information becomes available.
Upcoming Events:
- Virtual Open House - March 19th at 8 pm. Reps will be available for an overview and answer questions on the season
- Spring Open House @Clubhouse - May 10th 3-5 pm Coaches and Reps also available to answer questions.

One more thing…. A reminder to register for the Carderock Springs Swim & Tennis Cub for the season … you must be an active, paid member for the 2026 season to register for Carderock's swim and dive programs!
